The 8th Annual Asian Small Business Expo is produced by the Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program (API SBP). API SBP is a 501(c)3 organization that assists small and micro businesses in Los Angeles with particular focus on Chinatown, Koreatown, Little Tokyo, Thai Town, and Filipino business communities, especially those of low income immigrants.

API SBP is a collaboration of: Chinatown Service Center, Koreatown Youth & Community Center, Little Tokyo Service Center CDC, Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, and Thai Community Development Center.
